Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kas Creations LLC ("we," "us") handles information in The Notary Flow.

Information we collect. Account information: your name, email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we cannot see it), and Etsy order number. Business information you choose to enter, such as clients, leads, appointments, orders, income, expenses, mileage, goals, and notes. Basic technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as login times and error logs.

How we use it. To provide and maintain The Notary Flow, verify your purchase, secure your account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except as described here.

Who can see your business data. Your business records are restricted to your account. Our admin tools show only your name, email, Etsy order number, and account status so we can approve accounts. The Notary Flow is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase for database and authentication. These providers process data on our behalf to run the app. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Security. The Notary Flow uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and account-level access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please do not store Social Security numbers, full government ID numbers, or financial account numbers in the app.

Your choices. You can view and edit your information in the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all of your business data in Settings, or ask us to do it by messaging our Etsy shop.

Retention. We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account and business data are deleted.

Children. The Notary Flow is intended for adults 18 and older.

Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy. We will update the effective date and notify users in the app of material changes.
