Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of The Notary Flow, a web application operated by Kas Creations LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using The Notary Flow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and accounts. The Notary Flow access is purchased through our Etsy shop. Each purchase includes one user account for one person. New accounts are reviewed and approved after we verify the Etsy order number. We may decline or cancel an account if the order cannot be verified or is canceled or refunded. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

2. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Notary Flow for your own business. You may not share your login, resell or sublicense access, copy or reverse engineer the app, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as The Notary Flow is offered, with no recurring subscription fees for the version you purchased. It includes updates to the current version. If we ever discontinue The Notary Flow, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days of notice.

4. Not professional advice. The Notary Flow is a business organization and tracking tool. It is not accounting or tax software and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. It is not an official notary journal and does not replace any record keeping your state requires. The Notary Flow does not guarantee income, business results, or compliance with state notary laws. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your commission and for consulting qualified professionals.

5. Acceptable use. Do not use The Notary Flow for anything unlawful, do not try to access other users' data or disrupt the service, and do not store Social Security numbers, full government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information in the app.

6. Your data. You own the business data you enter. We use it only to provide The Notary Flow, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability. We work to keep The Notary Flow available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please keep your own copies of records you are required to retain.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to The Notary Flow is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify users in the app.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
